A bit about me.

I have a been an automotive technician for 25 years. During this time I have worked in development at Holden & as a Technician at dealers, and as such I have an excellent background in the electronics in these cars.

I use a variety of software & hardware tools to re-program engine management systems. When doing memcals I use a commercially available eprom programmer connected to a notebook, software to edit comes from a variety of sources & can be found on the internet, the hard part is getting the definitions. These tools combined with direct hex editing allow practically anything in the memcal to be altered.

When programming LS1 PCM's I use & recommend  EFILive FlashScan this allows complete re-programming of these pcm's including custom modifications to the operating systems.
